San Antonio - Day 1

 On our way to San Antonio, we made a stop to the Czech bakery for kolaches and treats.

 We spent the evening on the River Walk.  We ate dinner and checked things out.

 We stayed in a historical hotel across from the Alamo

 The girls loved seeing this horse every night when we came into the hotel.

First night in bed...excited for Sea World!

Meeting Missy

 We just came home from a great trip to Texas!!  Ava was especially excited to meet the newest member of the family, Missy.  We love her!!

Cake Walk

 We stayed on the boat too long and missed the annual Cake Walk....so...we made our own!

 We had a fun day on the lake to celebrate July 4th!  

We spent the morning swimming in the lake...everyone had a ball swimming and jumping off of the big raft!

Day Camp

Ava enjoyed a full week at Day Camp this summer!  It was a great adventure with friends and lots of great activities! 

The theme was "One" 

"There is one body and one spirit--just as you were called to one hope when you were called--one Lord, one Faith, one Baptism, one God and Father of ALL, who is over all and through all and in all."  Ephesians 4:4-6

Swimming Lessons - Jane

 Jane didn't buy into swimming lessons as much as Ava.  There were a few tears.  Miss. Emily was awesome and really worked with her.

 Ava had a great week of swimming lessons.  She is becoming a little fish.

Lakeside S'mores

 We spent the night at the lake last weekend.  Saturday night was perfect for s'mores by the fire!
