There were lots of 4th of July festivities at the lake this year! Ava and Isabella participated in the annual Cake Walk. They won a cake in a round-a-bout way(without a winning number) and were so excited and proud!

One of my favorite things of childhood was the cake walk at the Lions club carnival and I remember being so sad when I didn't win one!! My Mom was probably grateful because between me and my siblings we could have come home with five cakes! HA!
