We went to the Fayetteville Square on New Year's Eve to check out the lights one last time. It was COLD...but the girls were in awe of the beautiful trees!
We are enjoying a snow day today. Scott stayed home this morning before heading to work. Jane lasted about a minute outside. I was MORE than happy to stay in and keep her cozy! Ava on the other hand had big fun sledding down the big hill behind our house. I giggle everytime we bundle her up in her snazzy jazzy 1980's snowsuit. It was an awesome hand me down and keeps her OH so warm!
Jane loves her twinkle toe slippers and sleeps in them most nights....
...she wakes up with the biggest bed head I have ever seen...cute, but messy!

Ava's foot slipped through the ladder of her bunkbed yesterday...she bumped her face and has a lovely shiner to prove it! Sweet girl will be just fine! It looks worse than it feels!
We had our 1st annual talent show this year...it was fun and funny! Aunt Sissy even made fancy programs to make it extra special!
Will played Christmas songs on his guitar....
...and Ava kazooed to "Pennies from Heaven" from the Elf soundtrack...
My dear friend, Betsy had a precious baby this Fall...Anabelle Kate! She is a sweetheart and a new celebrity in our house! The girls just ate her up!
This was the first time we introduced the girls....very sweet time!
The girls love to play beauty shop in Mum's bathroom...they rummage through all of her make-up and paint their faces!

We had a Merry Christmas morning at Mum and Papa's....it was delightful craziness with 10 people! The girls got their much anticipated Pillow Pets....a big thanks to whomever invented these....cute...but bulky and in the "stuffed animal" category. They have been talking about them since September.
