The Last Day of the Big K!

 Ava had a fantasic year of Kindergarten!

 The girls have been begging to sleep together on the bottom bunk.  We made them wait until summer started...I love how much they love each other!

Storm Shelter

 We recently had a "hidey hole" installed in our garage...it was a fun process to watch!

 ...First came a wet saw to cut a hole in the garage...then the digging began...drilling and digging!

 ...After hitting a water line and a visit from the plumber, they placed the storm shelter in the hole....

 ...ever so carefully...

 ...Next came the cement mixer....very fascinating to my 3 year old and Scott!

 ...in went the cement...

 ...Happy Audience... (Ava was at school)

All cleaned up with benches and steps....Praying we don't have a need for it any time soon!

AWANA Awards & Carnival

Ava finished her first year of Sparks!

After her awards ceremony, the kids were treated to a fun carnival!
