We had a Merry Christmas at the lake yesterday. The girls had a great day together!

Jane is getting over a double ear infection. She slept most of the day away and missed out on a lot of the fun. Poor Janie!

Ava's class had their Christmas Party today. Miss. Brenda made it extra special. They had special snacks and activities.

After baths, all three girls got snuggly in their jammies and watched Polar Express until bedtime. Jane jumped right in for a few minutes of fun before going to bed.

Ava added her special touch to the nativity today. A TinkerBell wand in the background and a pink sparkle ring from the Wisemen to baby Jesus. Ava said..."It's just perfect now!"
We had a big day of check ups for both girls! Jane did a great job getting poked from head to toe...not to mention 4 shots! eek! She weighs 18 pounds and is 27 inches long. What a big girl!
Poor Ava thought she was going for a check up and moral support for Jane's shots. She ended up getting her first round of "Big Girl" shots. Two pokes later, a few silent tears, and a sweet quivering chin...she was just fine! She did a superb job under pressure and made her Mama proud!
