We are in the VERY beginning stage of potty training. Ava has taken it upon herself to be Jane's #1 cheerleader. It may or may not have something to do with Ava getting an M&M for "encouraging" Jane everytime she "goes." Ava is such a wonderful Big Sis to Jane. I love it that they love each other (most of the time)!

Rewarding Ava, too, is brilliant. We are going to start next month so that I won't have to start the process while doing taxi duty to/from school. Here's to sucess!!!
