We are in the process of putting the girls together in Ava's room. Tonight Jane is trying out her toddler bed....we'll practice for awhile before she moves in with Ava on the bottom bunk. It was an exciting night!

We celebrated our 10th Anniversary in Dominican Republic....A sweet time away! We had perfect weather and the beach was amazing....so thankful for a get-away!

We made some tasty treats this weekend....I saw these patriotic strawberries on Queen Sara's blog. We tried them out...they were yummy and oh so sweet!

We played in the lake on Sunday. Jane called it "Chocolate Water." Here's to hoping she didn't drink the chocolate deliciousness. Jane splashed and Ava rode the jet-ski with Scott.

...the kids enjoyed a huge fort on the deck all weekend, until the rain took the fun away.

We are in the VERY beginning stage of potty training. Ava has taken it upon herself to be Jane's #1 cheerleader. It may or may not have something to do with Ava getting an M&M for "encouraging" Jane everytime she "goes." Ava is such a wonderful Big Sis to Jane. I love it that they love each other (most of the time)!
